The program is a pre employment program designed to assist persons in need of basic employment support. Training provided includes 1) Assessment ? receiving an in-depth skills assessment of their strengths 2) Skill training ? Basic computer skills & Multiple-line telephone system training 3) Job services ? mentoring, counseling, resume & interview preparation. 4) Work placement. At the end of the 9-weeks, the clients in the program will have developed an individual plan of action to facilitate the achievement of their goal.
